While many designers haven’t launched new collections this year, and some haven’t even made new pieces, there is still a great range to choose from. 1. Asymmetrical  shoulders

It’s a draw, both shoulders are equally beautiful! With these tiny changes, great compliments are yours for the taking. A distinctive silhouette is given, and this top works with each and every style of skirt. For maximum effect, wear your hair up, and invest time in finding the perfect earrings for this dress. 

2. Bows

For a long time, it’s been anticipated that gigantic bows are about to become more present on wedding dresses. They are both extremely cute and characteristic. Choose tiny ones piled on top of each other for an amazing effect, or choose one enormous bow to dominate the whole outfit!

3. Trousers

If trousers are much more you than skirts, and if you would feel much more comfortable on your big day then don’t hesitate, choose trousers! The range is growing, with more exciting designs and decorations. The most important thing is to find the perfect cut, don’t settle for less!

4. Puff sleeves

I can clearly announce puff sleeves are the defining trend of the season.  They made their appearance in the fashion weeks last year, and have stealthily arrived in the wedding dress area too.  Here designers have cleverly refined them for a timeless quality. You can choose from several types, long sleeves attached to the dress itself, short sleeves as a continuation of the shoulder part, and those which are completely unattached to the dress and act as a separate part.

If you love a fairytale atmosphere, perhaps complete with superheroes then a cape is for you! It is also a great choice if you feel the cold, and don’t want to show too much of yourself. From completely simple designs to intricate hand-sewn beaded pieces the choice is amazing. Wear high heel shoes to complete this outfit, to complement the cape and to guarantee stunning photos!

6. Three D floral appliqué

We simply can’t get enough of 3D floral appliqué! They bring your dress to life, and your appearance is regal. The 3D floral appliqué is made not only of lace, as the designers are now experimenting with more materials. This decor works well on all kinds of designs, the only thing you need to decide is how much of the dress you would like to cover, a slimline of decor can also look fantastic.

7. The 1920s

This is not the first comeback for these popular styles. The difference now is that the emphasis is on the birth of the jazz era and the carefree glitter of that time. Soft silhouettes, gently flowing drapes, body-hugging cuts, culminating in a long train. Your back is highlighted, choose to reveal it all, or cover discreetly with a beautiful lace pair.

Here the emphasis is on pure design and femininity. Exaggerated use of the material is essential, and that is exactly what defines this iconic style. 10. Short

Of course, it isn’t written in stone that you have to wear a long dress to stand in front of the altar. Dresses evoking the 1950ies and 60ies are very popular at the moment. After deciding to show off your shapely legs and slim hips, then concentrate on what kind of waist you would like. Whatever look you go for, be careful to choose exquisite material and fine craftsmanship so as to avoid creating the impression of a simple Summer dress.
