We are proud to share with you that Daalarna was chosen to participate in a digital bridal week organized by one of the most well-known international wedding websites The Lane. Anita Benes’s clothes were featured on the runway along with brands like Vivienne Westwood, Naeem Khan, Viktor & Rolf Mariage and Kaviar Gauche.
The Lane Spring ’22 Bridal Week
The exclusive digital show (The Lane Spring ’22 Bridal Week) showcased bridal dress trends for 2022 to an international audience from the world’s most acclaimed and promising wedding dress designers.
On this occasion, Daalarna featured some of the most iconic pieces of the latest MIRROR collection.
Quoting The Lane: „After a shapeshifting year of chaos and change, this season is a pivotal one for bridal. Out of challenge and disruption comes transformation. From pressure comes an unwavering clarity. In a year that turned our worlds upside down and brought our whirlwind lives to a standstill – it forced rare moments to pause. To subtract what wasn’t necessary and focus with precision on what was. To know and chase what lights us up inside. Curiously exploring what designers had dreamt up through this time of change, The Lane Bridal Week is a stage for artful expressions of challenge, unpredictability and revolution.”
The show was set amongst the otherworldly salt flats of South Australia. Lake Bumbunga is known to change colour from pink to white, to blue, depending on the salinity of the water throughout the year and therefore, it has a unique and futuristic atmosphere.
In addition to the digital runway show, two beautiful fashion editorials were also photographed at these fabulous South Australian landscapes.

Eleuthería
The first editorial was named Eleuthería, which is an ancient Greek term and impersonates freedom. This sophisticated, minimalist editorial features decadent and ethereal wedding dresses at one of South Australia’s most beautiful pink salt lakes, Lake Bumbunga. Carte Blanche
The second fashion material, called Carte Blanche (a term of French origin, it means complete freedom of action or choice) was created near Adelaide, on the picturesque rocky shores of Port Willunga, which contrasts beautifully with the modern wedding dress textures. Click here for more.
