In April, Al Habtoor Palace Budapest is partnering with Daalarna, to celebrate a special occasion: the launch of Daalarna’s Spring/Summer 2027 collection. To mark the moment, the Palace has created an exclusive experience for brides—a dedicated cocktail at Velvet Bar & Café, “The Palace Blushing Bride”, offered to every bride who orders her wedding dress at Daalarna during April.
Each bride will receive a voucher for four cocktails—two for herself and two for her guest—designed to enjoy an elegant evening at Velvet. Crafted to capture the delicate, bridal spirit, this gin-based cocktail is light, refined, and subtly tart, finishing with a soft, airy foam—charm in every sip. The perfectly balanced recipe ensures a sophisticated celebration experience, leaving nothing behind but a blush of delight.
Sunset Aperitivo
From 1 April, Ottimo, the Italian restaurant at Al Habtoor Palace Budapest, opens its terrace to welcome guests as the warmer days arrive. The new Sunset Aperitivo offers a choice of Aperol Spritz or Negroni, accompanied by a selection of cold cuts, cheeses, and olives, priced at HUF 8,900. The offer is available Monday to Friday, from 12:00 to 18:00, providing the perfect setting to enjoy a spring afternoon in style.

Ottimo, the Italian restaurant at Al Habtoor Palace Budapest, recently unveiled a new menu curated by the culinary team of Al Habtoor Palace Budapest. To celebrate the season, from 20 to 30 April, the restaurant will feature a special spring creation:
Seared Scallop with Green Asparagus, Pea Leaves, Sun-Dried Tomato, and Hazelnut Oil. An elegant take on the flavors of spring, available exclusively during this limited period alongside the standard menu.

In support of Autism Awareness Day on 2 April, Al Habtoor Palace Budapest has created a special dessert for the entire month of April, with 100% of net proceeds donated to the Together for Autistic People Foundation (Együtt az Autistákért Alapítvány). This organization is dedicated to supporting autistic individuals and raising awareness of autism in Hungary. Perfume & Cocktail Guest Shift with Pap Márk at Velvet Bar & Café
Velvet Bar & Café at Al Habtoor Palace Budapest — a refined café that transforms into a vibrant cocktail bar each evening — invites guests to an extraordinary experience on 24 April from 19:00 to 23:00. For one exclusive night, Hungary’s first and only perfume–cocktail mixologist, Pap Márk, will take over the bar for a special Perfume & Cocktail Guest Shift. During the event, he will guide guests into the world of niche luxury fragrances through three unique perfumes paired with three signature cocktails, each crafted with authentic Middle Eastern ingredients and a modern, creative twist. While the exact pairings remain a secret, the evening promises an unforgettable journey of flavours and scents available only for a limited time.
